  • The date and time, in UTC
  • A short description of what happened
  • Relevant log lines, if you have them

What happens next

We aim to reply within 2 business days. We keep no traffic logs, so we usually cannot tell who used an IP address. We can filter or block the reported traffic on that server, and suspend an account when we can identify it.
